Negotiating Offer & Terms
Negotiating the terms of the Offer is a crucial step to the transaction going forward and is the main document that determines the course and tone of the transaction. It is important to insure that all parties are in agreement and able to meet the legal and financial requirements of the written terms of the Offer so that the transaction proceeds smoothly and all parties are happy with the outcome.
Your Ballast agent will work with you throughout negotiation:
- Navigate and understand likely soft factors in consideration with offer (amenities, property condition, buyer's assumptions surrounding seller motivation)
- Preparation for offers and negotiation; help to familiarize you with contract process, terms and procedures
- Identify and act on negotiation factors and opportunities
