Who We Are
Ballast Realty Services was founded by Tim Riley. Born and raised in Maryland, Tim began his career working for a Big 4 accounting firm in Baltimore, where he earned his CPA license and worked with clients across numerous industries, with a focus in healthcare. In addition to financial statement audits, Tim gained experience working on hospital mergers and acquisitions, as well as bond offerings.
Before launching Ballast Realty Services, Tim worked for a nationally recognized healthcare real estate firm, working closely with health systems and physician groups. During his time there, he provided numerous healthcare real estate services, including brokerage, compliance (Stark/AKS), development and advisory services.
Tim is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Tennessee.
